Travels

 

Florence, Italy

In May 2013 I traveled to Florence. While there, I completed research for a project on the Laurentian Library, for LIS 650.

Venice, Italy

I traveled to Venice in March 2012 where I did research on the Bibliotheca Marciana. I wrote an essay on the library for LIS 652.

Kaua‘i

I visisted Kaua‘i in February 2012 for the Association of Hawai‘i Archivists (AHA) Annual Meeting. We visited cultural sites and institutions while there including, the National Tropical Botanical Gardens Archive and the Allerton House.

          

Lāna‘i City, Lāna‘i

In May 2011, I was part of a Society of American Archivists Student Chapter (SAA-SC) service project at the Lāna‘i Culture and Heritage Center, where we facilitated archival workshops with center staff and volunteers. See more on their page: Service Project Page
